  • Ensuring that policies, guidelines and standards are disseminated and implemented.
  • Amending processes as the need arises to reflect current practice and requirements of interested parties.
  • Ensuring that sufficient resources, both in terms of trained Human Resources and facilities are available for the QHSE System to fulfil the needs and expectations of interested parties.
  • Reviewing all aspects of QHSE System on a regular basis and promoting continual improvement.
  • Conveying legislative, statutory and regulatory requirements to all staff through trainings.
